As a foreigner in Bratislava I had no idea to whom to turn and so I ended up researching and found Bienestar by chance. I reached out over Facebook and from there the journey started.<\/p>\n
I first went to a test counselling, for free, where we discussed the goals and needs of the sessions and I got explained the idea and purpose of relaxation. Communication of the sessions or eventual changes of sessions was seamless and effortless \u2013 mostly over Facebook chat but could also reach out over other means.<\/p>\n
All in all my experience was great, thanks to the sessions it was easier to stay clear and to find a calm point in my life I had never found before. As a chronic over thinker the relaxation methods I learn helped me massively. What I liked in particular in these sessions were that I got taught skills and tricks I can use anywhere at any point in my life \u2013 to help when life gets unpredictable.<\/p>\n
If you as a foreigner look for someone to talk to or to learn skills to help you in your life (whatever it may be) I can warmly recommend Bienestar and the services. Basically, I couldn\u2019t relax and I felt like my head was overworked and overloaded. Therefore, I decided to ask for a help Bienestar Centre. I did a right thing.<\/p>\n
Thanks to Bienestar Centre, I\u2019ve learnt how to relax and switch off my brain for a while. I learnt few techniques how to calm down my body and my mind. Also, I was shown a way how to make my decisions much easier, for which I\u2019m very thankful.<\/p>\n
I really appreciate Centre\u2019s attitudes and approach towards the clients. It\u2019s very professional, and yet very personal and individual. Bienestar Centre offers helpful and stimulating exercises and it aims to work with your individual problem and treat it with a specific technique or an exercise. I found this very helpful and useful. Also, it\u2019s important to note that the Centre is very flexible when it comes to sessions. Skype sessions are possible and the Centre tries to adjust to your work or study schedule.<\/p>\n
